耐熱鋼(Heat resisting steel)是指在高溫高壓下,仍具有高強度、耐氧化性、耐腐蝕性或潛變強度大的合金鋼材。 一般添加的元素計有鎳、鉻、鋁、矽、鎢、鉬、釩、鈷等,其中以Cr 為主要的添加元素,在鋼材的表面形成一層堅固的氧化膜,以抵抗高溫時的氣體侵蝕。
常用於食品級、醫療級用途,如餐具、容器、家具、手術器材等。
