High Carbon Steel Wire Rods

Hard steel wire is named according to its carbon content, diameter, mechanical properties and application. JIS G 3521 classifies them into SW-A, SW-B and SW-C. The hardness of the wire is determined by the amount of carbon content, with the minimum carbon content being 40C and the maximum being 80C.

Product Applications

Springs, seat springs, bicycle spokes, greenhouse fixed handles, umbrellas, wires, bars, steel nails, steel cables, iron roll-up doors, shock absorbers, medical and sports equipment.
