1. Corrosion-Resisting alloy The main alloying elements are chromium, tungsten, molybdenum, cobalt, aluminum, titanium, boron, zirconium and so on. Among them, Cr, Ai, etc. mainly play an anti-oxidation effect, and other elements have solid solution strengthening, precipitation strengthening and grain boundary strengthening. It has high strength and certain oxidation and corrosion resistance at 650~1000℃.Possess sufficiently high high temperature strength and resistance to oxidation and corrosion. 2. Heat-Resisting alloy Heat-resistant alloys refer to alloys with high oxidation resistance, creep resistance and durability at high temperatures, also called superalloys. With the development of modern science and technology (especially aviation, rockets, etc.), the working temperature of metal materials or products continues to increase.
■Corrosion-Resisting alloy
Used in the manufacture of high temperature parts for aero engine blades and rocket engines, nuclear reactors, and energy conversion equipment.
■Heat-Resisting alloy
Mainly used in the manufacture of high-temperature components such as turbine blades, guide blades, turbine discs, high-pressure compressor plates and combustion chambers for aerospace, naval and industrial gas turbines, as well as energy conversion devices such as aerospace vehicles, rocket engines, nuclear reactors, petrochemical equipment and coal conversion.
